  • Our marketing strategies for your rental property include: Photography, website marketing, print media and open homes this significantly increases the exposure of your home to potential tenants.
  • We are diligent when finding the right tenant for your home so thorough tenant checks are conducted on your behalf into the rental background including tica search, employment history and identification of each tenant and are accompanied by rental referees for each application, interviews are conducted with the successful tenant before approving their application.
  • Property condition reports are conducted prior to a tenant moving into your home and also at the end of each lease and include a digital photo log of your property.
  • Security bonds equal to 4 weeks rent are logged with the Rental Bonds board prior to a tenant taking possession of your property along with the required 2 weeks rent in advance.
  • Property Inspections are done on a regular basis throughout the tenancy (3monthly) and accompanied by a written report for your records that way we can address any maintenance or general repair recommendations if required. General repair quotes are obtained on your behalf by registered trade professionals.
  • Arrears are monitored daily to ensure tenants are not behind in their rent.
  • We monitor the rental market regularly and advise you of the current property rental values that way we know we are always making sure you are receiving the maximum return on your investment and when necessary increases to your weekly rental return will take place.
  • Rent collected on your behalf is electronically transferred into your nominated account and monthly rental statements are provided for your records this makes it a lot easier for you at tax time.
